It was a perfect spot in the sense that it was remote from major population centers, in terms of secrecy and ensuring public safety. The remote location was a major plus. At the same time, it's not far from transportation routes. Of course, the isolation, that is, the water,
that is, animals can't get there, except for birds. And what's more, there are elevated temperatures there. In case of... in the summer, if there are any uncontrolled events, the chances of, say, natural disinfection occurring, are greater. So, from that point of view, of course, it was the perfect test site.
