Andew Weber: And so we spent many hours... it's a massive facility, going through the different buildings. They had a bunker system where the actual weaponization work would have been done. They had ten twenty thousand liter fermenters, all in high bio-safety level four containment, which is where they would actually produce bacterial agents like anthrax. And we learned that this facility was capable of producing, during a wartime mobilization period of six months or so, three hundred metric tons of anthrax weapons... and to load that onto different types of strategic weapons systems. The scale was just chilling.
