Short superlative: put всегћ or всљх after the comparative.
Long superlative: put сђмый before the adjective. Both are inflected.
Use всегћ when you want to say 'of all' in the sense of 'than everything'. Use всљх when you want to say 'of all' in the sense of 'than everybody'.
Какћй вќд спћрта вІ бћльше всегћ лєбите? What sport do you like most/best of all?
Читђть интерљснее всегћ. Reading is the most interesting thing to do.
Лџчше всегћ пригласќте её в кинћ. The best thing to do is invite her to the movies.
 
Ктћ вђм бћльше всљх понрђвился? Who did you like most/best of all?
Јтот перевћд лџчше всљх. This translation is the best of all (of them).
Сђша рабћтал хџже всљх. Sasha worked the poorest (of them all).
 
Јто сђмая интерљсная лаборатћрия в инститџте. That's the most interesting lab in the institute.
Ћн рабћтает в сђмой большћй лаборатћрии. He works in the biggest laboratory.
To compare one item out of a group of things, use the preposition из/изо.
Јто сђмая большђя из всљх нђших лаборатћрий. That's the biggest of all our labs.
