от- emphasizes the destination when used with verbs of carrying (-нестќ, -везтќ, -вестќ).
у- emphasizes absence from the place of origin.
вы- requires a closed space to exit from.
Отнесќте іти кнќги к Вђсе. Take these books to Vasya's place. (He wants them.)
Унесќте іти кнќги к Вђсе. Take these books to Vasya's place. (I don't want them.)
ВІнесите іти вљщи из моегћ кабинљта. Take this stuff out of my office.
