Richard Spertzel: To a degree, that's true. I mean if you... if the enemy doesn't know what exactly your strength is, they might be a little more hesitant to take adverse action. Now, that was nice when we were talking about the Russians and the US, and so on. I'm not sure that applies today, frankly, because I think there are a few countries around the world, that really don't care.
