Gary Crocker: One thing that surprised us was the capacity. A friend of mine went to Omutninsk, and said, "Тhey could make beer for the whole world." I mean that... could believe they'd built so much capacity to produce biological weapons, I mean... and... and I... so... I mean you have a large capacity here. I mean is there any idea, what's the thought of spending so much money building that much capacity to produce?
Gennadiy N. Lepeshkin: Well, those capacities were intended for, probably, biological warfare, that's what I think. And the generals who were making those plans basically assigned that task. It was done by engineers. And workers built the plant.
