Andy Weber: We had done a very sensitive project with the government of Kazakhstan to remove a large amount of highly enriched uranium, that could have been used in nuclear weapons, that ended up after the collapse of the Soviet Union at a factory in east Kazakhstan. This project was called Project Sapphire, and we relocated this dangerous nuclear weapons material to Oakridge, Tennessee, in the United States.
