Andrew Weber: One of the, one of the things that was most chilling to me was that this was not a terribly high-tech facility. It really looked like something out of a, sort of, 1940's, 1930's industrial, black and white film. Nothing terribly fancy about it. They had very good, as I described, bio-containment systems, but it was clear that, that this facility could have had no other purpose than producing biological weapons.
