All Spring CoursesThis is a TBA course. TBA means "time to be arranged" (to accommodate as many students as we can). We hold an organizational meeting for all TBA courses at the beginning of each semester. The time and place of the meeting are posted at http://russian.cornell.edu/russian.web/schedule/ a couple of weeks before semester starts.

This course is for students who have had four to five semesters of
college-level Russian and want to read Russian newspapers. It teaches
reading and those elements of grammar that are essential for reading
formal prose. It is very similar to Russian 1125, but is taught at a
more advanced level. Classes are taught mostly in English.
The course meets twice a week. Prerequisites: 4 to 5 semesters of college-level Russian. 2 credit hours/units. |
