Правая пятка Пети сильно распухла. Petya's right heel was badly swollen.
Из-за плохой обуви пятки его болели. His heels hurt from the poorly-made shoes.
NB When the word пятка functions as a subject and does not have a descriptive modifier, the construction пятка у + Genitive is often preferred to (a) and (b), above:
К вечеру правая пятка у Пети сильно распухла. Towards evening, Petya's right heel became badly swollen.

Restrictive modifiers

(a) adjectival modifier
(b) noun phrase: Adj + Genitive of нога
(c) prepositional phrase: на + Adj + Prepositional of нога
левая/правая пятка the left/right heel
пятка левой/правой ноги the heel of the left/right foot
