Прђвая пїтка Пљти сќльно распџхла. Petya's right heel was badly swollen.
Из-за плохћй ћбуви пїтки егћ болљли. His heels hurt from the poorly-made shoes.
NB When the word пїтка functions as a subject and does not have a descriptive modifier, the construction пїтка у + Genitive is often preferred to (a) and (b), above:
К вљчеру прђвая пїтка у Пљти сќльно распџхла. Towards evening, Petya's right heel became badly swollen.

Restrictive modifiers

(a) adjectival modifier
(b) noun phrase: Adj + Genitive of ногђ
(c) prepositional phrase: на + Adj + Prepositional of ногђ
лљвая/прђвая пїтка the left/right heel
пїтка лљвой/прђвой ногќ the heel of the left/right foot
