Actant 1: whose ankle it is
(a) Genitive
(b) Possessive
ЛодІжки Мђши бІли закрІты. Masha's ankles were covered.
Ћн смотрљл на её џзкие лодІжки. He looked at her narrow ankles.
NB When the word лодІжка functions as a subject and does not have a descriptive modifier, the construction лодІжка у + Genitive is often preferred to (a) and (b), above:
ЛодІжки у Мђши бІли џзкие, изїщные. Masha had slender, graceful ankles.

Restrictive modifiers

(a) adjectival modifier
(b) noun phrase: Adj + Genitive of ногђ
(c) prepositional phrase: на + Adj + Prepositional of ногђ
NB Note that (a) is more common than (b) or (c).
лљвая/прђвая лодІжка the left/right ankle
Прђвая лодІжка у Мђши былђ расцарђпана. Masha's right ankle was scratched.
лодІжка лљвой/прђвой ногќ the left/right ankle
лодІжка на лљвой/прђвой ногљ the left/right ankle
