(a) Genitive
(b) Possessive
На гћрле убќтой бІли ссђдины. There were scratches on the dead woman's throat.
Гћрло егћ сќльно болљло. His throat was really sore.
NB When the word гћрло functions as a subject and does not have a descriptive modifier, the construction гћрло у + Genitive is often preferred to (a) and (b), above:
Гћрло у Пљти сќльно болљло. Pete's throat was really sore.
