(a) Genitive
(b) Possessive
Глазђ ребёнка напћлнились слезђми. The child's eyes filled with tears.
Не могџ забІть её грџстные глазђ. I can't forget her sad eyes.
NB When the word глђз functions as a subject and does not have a descriptive modifier, the construction глђз у + Genitive is often preferred to (a) and (b), above:
Глазђ у неё бІли грџстные. Her eyes were sad.
Глазђ у Пљти сиїли от рђдости. Petya's eyes sparkled with joy.

Restrictive modifiers

(a) adjectival modifier
лљвый/прђвый глђз the left/right eye
Лљвый глђз у негћ распџх и сќльно болљл. His left eye was swollen and was causing him a lot of pain.
больнћй глђз the bad eye
тћт глђз, котћрый бІл мнљ вќден the eye that was visible to me
