Ћн с трудћм разнїл чљлюсти собђки. With some effort he managed to pry the dog's jaws apart.
Егћ чљлюсть дрожђла. His jaw was trembling.
NB When the word чљлюсть functions as a subject and does not have a descriptive modifier, the construction чљлюсть у + Genitive is often preferred to (a) and (b), above:
Чљлюсти у обезьїны сќльно выдаєтся вперёд. A monkey's jaws jut forward.

Restrictive modifiers

Вљрхняя чљлюсть у неё сќльно нІла ещё нљсколько днљй пћсле оперђции. Even several days after the operation her upper jaw still ached badly.
