G. Crocker: These people, a lot of them came out of the industry, if you will. Or, they came out of the old US biological weapons program. They knew how they had done it, they knew what our signatures were. And they compared these facilities that... you just cannot believe how engrossed in detail these photo analysts are; they're incredible. And this is their life. And they also have access to incredible amounts of construction data on Russia. And they're... and... I know from my own experience traveling all over the Soviet Union, inspecting sites, how they standardized, and used... you'd see the same things in different places. So, they knew what they were doing, and the spotted... well, first they got one nailed with other evidence, and then they would look for that signature. And the signatures in... you know, many people doubted this, by the way. They weren't selling this. A lot of people said, "Oh, that could be this, it could be that." There were many doubters. But a core group of us, let's.. about 50, say, in the interagency community, were firm believers that they were right. And in the end, of course, they were absolutely right. You have... it's... when you really think about it, they... they identified the key facilities we came to know as... for sure were biological weapons facilities.
