Stepnogorsk, after all... was a strictly military enterprise, it... wasn't a research facility. I mean, yes, you could do testing there, but, again, weapons tests, that is, not tests on mice or monkeys, but... explosions of real weapons, there was a special chamber for that, if you will, it was a building, a huge building, completely lined inside with stainless steel, and there were, as I've said, special devices at that plant in Stepnogorsk, for preparing strategic rocket launches, most likely... targeting... some cities here in the United States.
